Service and Account Rules

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by C4VPN. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, importing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

C4VPN provides network acceleration for cross-border work, development tools, international websites, and streaming services, covering 110+ countries / 210+ routes and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The regions available for connection, route types, and client access points are based on what is shown in the user panel at the relevant time.

The service is intended to improve connectivity across regions and does not change the access conditions set by third-party websites, applications, or content platforms. Third-party services may change available content based on region, account status, content licensing, or their own rules. C4VPN does not control these decisions and does not promise continued availability of third-party content.

Users should choose a plan according to their actual needs. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Plan prices, traffic allowances, and current status are shown on the plan page and in the user panel.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription links, and client import details, and are responsible for activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their passwords promptly and stop using any subscription information that has been shared.

The same account may be used on any number of devices managed by the account holder. This does not permit reselling, renting, publicly distributing, or continuously sharing an account or subscription with multiple people. Users may not publish subscription links on public websites, in groups, code repositories, or other locations accessible to unrelated people, nor may they split the service and charge others for access.

Subscriptions are for reasonable use by the account holder only. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, subscription invalidation, and account restrictions caused by public sharing, resale, or abnormal distribution. Users may not use automation to create accounts in bulk, obtain subscriptions in batches, or interfere with normal account and billing processes.

Compliant Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm that their network activities have a lawful basis. The service may not be used for illegal transactions, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized system access, interference with network facilities, or other conduct that may cause actual harm.

Users may not use the routes to send harassment, launch attacks, scan unauthorized systems, impersonate others, or otherwise affect the normal operation of C4VPN, route providers, or third-party services. For requests made under applicable law and supported by valid grounds, C4VPN will take necessary action within the scope of the relevant rules.

If there is uncertainty about whether a use is compliant, users should obtain appropriate professional advice before proceeding. C4VPN provides network connectivity services and does not endorse the content users access, information they publish, or transactions they complete.

Service Availability and Liability

C4VPN maintains routes, nodes, and client access points and may adjust connection paths based on network quality, resource planning, or security needs. Maintenance, upstream network fluctuations, device environments, changes by third-party platforms, and infrastructure events beyond its control may cause changes in connection speed, temporary interruptions, or partial unavailability.

Users should retain important data independently and prepare suitable alternatives when continuous connectivity is essential. To the extent permitted by applicable law, C4VPN is responsible for losses directly caused by user configuration errors, exposed credentials, changes to third-party services, local network conditions, or events beyond its control.

Route names, region labels, and status information help users choose a connection path and do not represent third-party content authorization or permanently fixed network performance. Users may switch routes according to their current needs and obtain client and subscription information through the user panel.

Account Termination and Changes

If a user violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, interferes with service operation, infringes third-party rights, or creates a situation requiring action under law, C4VPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. The scope of action will be determined based on the nature of the conduct, its impact, and verifiable information.

Users may stop using the service. Refund arrangements are governed by the separate Refund Policy; a full refund without requiring a reason may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. The applicable scope, process, and other requirements for refund requests are set out on the Refund Policy page.

C4VPN may update these terms due to changes in service content, legal requirements, or operational processes. The updated version will be published on this page, together with a revised last-updated date. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced through available on-site methods. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
